What The Price Includes
• Mobile homes are for a maximum of 6 persons
• Caravans sleep 4 persons (an extra bed can be used in the awning at an extra cost of £4 per person per night)
• Climate control is free of charge in mobile homes
• Portable air conditioning is free in caravans
• Water, gas and electricity
• 1 vehicle per accommodation (any extra vehicles will be charged)
• Park facilities including pool complexes (some facilities carry a small charge.
Damage Waiver
We charge a non refundable equipment damage waiver of £15. This exempts you from paying a deposit on arrival to cover the cost of accidental damage to any accommodation equipment. If you do not wish to pay the damage waiver, you will be asked for a damage deposit of £150 cash which is payable on arrival at the park.
Cleaning Before Departure
Our mobile homes and caravans are cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. We want you to arrive and begin your holiday in clean, welcoming surroundings so we ask you to help us maintain this by leaving your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition .
Arrival Information
From May 1st until the period ending on June 25th, arrivals are possible on most days for any number of nights with a minimum of 3 nights. From June 25th until the period ending September 3rd, arrivals are strictly limited to Friday, Saturday or Sunday and can only be taken in blocks of 7 nights. From September 3rd arrivals are possible on most days for any number of nights with a minimum of 3 nights. Accommodation is available from 16.00 hours and you are asked to vacate your accommodation before 10.00 hours. We ask that you provide us with information on your expected flight arrival departure times. If it is necessary to arrive after 21.00 hours or depart before 08.00 hours a charge of £20 per accommodation per arrivaldeparture will be made (As late arrivals are outside normal working hours, it is essential that you inform us of your expected arrival time) Park is closed to vehicular traffic between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours and between 13.00 hours and 15.00 hours. No pets are allowed on Union Lido.
Pricing Your Holiday
To calculate your holiday, use the monthly calendars to work out the per night costing for the length of holiday you have booked and this will offer you a base figure to begin with. You then need to work out which discounts below apply to your holiday.
Some Nights Are Free
Up to the period ending 25/06/10, if your booking is for 7 consecutive nights, you will only be charged for 6 nights therefore in this same period if your booking is for 14 consecutive nights, you will only be charged for 12 nights. This discount also applies to all reservations made from 04/09/10 until the end of the season.
Early Booking Discount
If we receive your full deposit of £120 per accommodation unit before 31/12/09 you can collect the following discounts.
Arrival dates between 01/05/10 - 25/06/10, deduct 20%.
Arrival dates between 26/06/10 - 09/07/10, deduct 5%
Arrival dates between 10/07/10 - 03/09/10, deduct 3%
Arrival dates between 04/09/10 - 25/09/10, deduct 15%
These discounts are in addition to the free nights above.
Loyalty Bonus
If you have enjoyed a holiday with Bolero in previous years, you can deduct a further discount of 3%.
Available Extras
Linen hire is available at £16 per double set and £10 per single set per hire.
The double set consists of 2 double sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 blankets and 4 bath towels.
The single set consists of 2 single sheets, 1 pillow case, 2 blankets and 2 bath towels.
Bikes are available to hire at a cost of £4 per day, £20 per week and £35 per fortnight.

Union Lido Accommodation
When booking the Union Lido Art & Park Hotel, the costs are based on their 2010 price lists and are charged per person per night. Enquire with us directly and we will talk to Union Lido on your behalf to get the best price.
Book With Confidence
In accordance with ‘The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1972’ all passengers booking with Bolero Holidays are fully insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your holiday due to the insolvency of Bolero Holidays.
A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through the IGI Insurance Company Ltd.
