Sunday 18th June 2017 marks the 18th edition of the world famous Palio Remiero delle Contrade of Cavallino-Treporti.

The challenge is simple: The market traders of Sant’Erasmo, Cavallino and Vignole will row their boats in a race to the Rialto market, hoping to be the first there to serve their fresh produce first to get the best position and sales possible!



This traditional race is ran every year and attracts thousands to the area, taking photos of the brightly coloured boats as they race towards the finish line.
