ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM FOR 2012 NOW AVAILABLE!
We enjoy talking to people and offering a personal one to one service with every customer, however we also recognise the importance of being able to make a reservation on the internet which is why for 2011 we have introduced our new online booking service for Union Lido. This new online system will allow you to search availability, reserve mobile home accommodation and pay for your Italy holiday all in one convenient place. Our UK staff are always available to help with your enquiry by email or by telephone as they have full knowledge of the Union Lido holiday park as well as the majority of travel options available and will always endeavour to answer any of your questions fully. This new system is always being improved and developed to meet the on-going needs of customers, so please bare with us as we bring this new system into operation. With your help we know it will be one of the easiest ways to book a Bolero holiday.
When you are happy with your reservation, you are welcome to pay your deposit over the phone or via the online booking system (coming soon) using a credit / debit card or alternatively Bolero will provisionally hold your accommodation for 7 days whilst we await the arrival of your deposit by cheque (phone / email bookings only).
With every phone / email booking made to Bolero, you will need to complete a 2012 holiday form which can either be posted or completed online. Once our new online booking system is fully operational, you will be able to enter your details directly onto the online booking system after searching for your chosen holiday dates and accommodation.
Once your deposit is paid and the booking form details have been entered onto our reservation system, we will send you a booking confirmation either by post or by email which will clearly state everything you have booked with Bolero. This includes the cost of the holiday, hire equipment, charges and any discounts that apply at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes made to the booking will be re-confirmed. The Bolero holiday confirmation will also show any payments you have made and a balance due date 8 weeks before your intended arrival. Once your reservation is made, our staff are always available to answer any queries regarding any aspect of the holiday.
